Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Operations & Risk Manager to anchor the functional engine of our finance company. In the high-precision world of financial services, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily execution with the clinical precision required for Disbursement Accuracy, Internal Control Adherence, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Risk Architect" with 6–10 years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (supervising staff and managing loan documentation) with the "Strategic Agility" required to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the entire organization.

Requirements:

1. Operations Orchestration & Managerial Governance

  • Execution Sovereignty: Lead and manage all operational activities of the finance company with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Functional Stability."

  • Workflow Architecture: Design, implement, and enforce high-fidelity operational processes, providing the "Structural Foundation" for efficient loan disbursements and repayments.

  • Supervisory Stewardship: Supervise operations staff and assign duties appropriately, ensuring the "Source of Team Productivity" remains elite and aligned with company goals.

2. Risk Resilience & Control Logic

  • Mitigation Sovereignty: Identify and assess operational risks across all processes, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Protection."

  • Policy Architecture: Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and checklists, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for rigorous internal controls.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: 6–10 years of experience in operations within a financial institution.

  • Leadership: At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
