Job Description:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, and website platforms.
- Promote products and services through online channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, website, etc.).
- Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Process online orders and coordinate delivery with logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements:

Salary
