Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Online Sales Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the voice of our brand online, responsible for managing customer interactions, responding to inquiries promptly, and driving direct sales across our social media platforms. If you are social media savvy, results-oriented, and excellent at building relationships, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Customer Engagement: Manage all customer and sales inquiries across social media channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Sales Conversion: Respond professionally to comments and messages to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

• Order Management: Efficiently follow up with customers regarding order status, payments, and delivery tracking.

• Information Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of company products, pricing, and active promotions to provide accurate information to clients.

• Operational Collaboration: Work with the team to enhance the overall customer experience and hit monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualification: Minimum of an OND.

• Experience: Previous experience in online sales, social media management, or customer service is a significant advantage.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with excellent typing and telephone communication abilities.

• Tech Savvy: Must be highly proficient with WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Attributes: Reliable, highly responsive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
