Job Description:
- To provide an effective Query Resolution service in a professional, friendly manner.
- To provide customer support and service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction in all day to day activities.
- Ensure prompt customer renewal notification through telephone calls and emails.
- Effectively track and provide reports on all existing insurance policies
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a First Degree in related discipline
- 1 -2 years post-NYSC experience
