You will be the glue that holds our Nigeria team together, transforming our workspace into the most vibrant, functional, and inspiring place to work in the country.
Your mission is to balance the "beautiful chaos" of a fast-growing startup with the operational excellence required to keep our office running at peak performance.

Community Building: Take full ownership of the office atmosphere. From organizing insightful "Glovo Talks" to hosting the most memorable "Friday Socials" in Nigeria, you make the office a place people want to be.
Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the heartbeat of the local team, ensuring our global values are felt in every corner of the Nigeria office.
Workspace Excellence & Operations
Facility Management: Maintain a spotless, functional, and safe workspace. You are the person who finds the solution before the problem is even noticed.
Daily Logistics: Manage office budgets, health and safety protocols, and general logistics so the rest of the team can focus entirely on growth.
Onboarding "Wow": Create a world-class welcome experience for every new Glover, ensuring they feel at home and empowered from the very first minute.
Vendor & Procurement Mastery
Negotiation: Act as our "Vendor Ninja," identifying and negotiating with local suppliers to secure top-tier quality at the most cost-effective prices.
Supply Chain: Manage the procurement of office essentials, snacks, and equipment with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Can-Do Attitude: You are a natural fixer who believes no problem is too large and no detail is too small.
Ownership Mentality: You treat the office with the care and attention you would give your own home.
Organized yet Agile: You have the unique ability to manage a complex spreadsheet and a high-energy social event simultaneously.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential to facilitate seamless communication between our local and global teams.
