Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Agege, Lagos. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle a variety of tasks, from front-office support and document management to coordinating logistics and assisting different departments. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is eager to grow within a professional environment. If you are a multitasking expert with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, including drafting correspondence, filing documents, managing office supplies, and handling basic data entry with high accuracy.

  • Office Coordination: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, oversee the reception area, and manage incoming/outgoing communications (calls, emails, and mail).

  • Logistics & Scheduling: Help coordinate meetings, manage basic appointment calendars, and provide support for office events or visitor reception.

  • Operational Efficiency: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks throughout the day to ensure operational deadlines are met effectively.

  • Collaboration: Serve as a helpful point of contact for internal staff, assisting various departments with administrative needs as they arise.
