We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Nvault Manager is responsible for the overall management, growth, and performance of the bank’s mobile banking application.
  • The role involves overseeing product development, user acquisition, app store performance (downloads, ratings, and reviews), customer engagement, and ensuring that the app delivers a seamless digital banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic management of the mobile app to ensure continuous growth and adoption.
  • Drive app downloads and customer onboarding across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Monitor app store performance metrics, including downloads, active users, retention, ratings, and reviews.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase app visibility, downloads, and usage.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure app functionality, security, and excellent user experience.
  • Track user feedback and analytics to recommend product enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Provide regular performance reports on downloads, user activity, and app revenue contribution.
  • Ensure compliance with CBN, NIBSS, and other regulatory guidelines relating to digital banking.
  • Train and guide branch and marketing staff on promoting the app to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in digital banking, mobile app management, product management, or fintech.
  • Experience in managing mobile app adoption, digital channels, or electronic banking products.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of digital banking, fintech, and mobile app ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze app performance and user behavior.
  • Excellent communication, marketing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
