Job Description:

Nairametrics is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Content Manager to lead content planning and production for NM TV. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of engaging video content, managing show schedules, coordinating high-profile guests, and ensuring all productions align with the Nairametrics brand and editorial standards. This is a key role for a media professional who excels at storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:

• Content Strategy: Develop and manage innovative content ideas and programming for NM TV.

• Production Management: Coordinate show schedules, manage production timelines, and ensure smooth content execution from concept to final delivery.

• Guest Relations: Lead guest sourcing, including invitations, confirmations, and ongoing communication.

• Scriptwriting: Write, edit, and review scripts for shows, interviews, and various video segments.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with presenters, producers, and the broader production team to maintain high-quality standards.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance metrics and audience engagement trends to inform future production strategies.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all video content strictly adheres to Nairametrics’ editorial and brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in content production, media, broadcasting, or a related field.

• Creative Skills: Strong storytelling abilities, with a proven track record in content development.

• Communication: Excellent writing, scripting, and interpersonal skills.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent productions under tight deadlines.

• Industry Advantage: Prior experience in television, digital media, or broadcast production is highly preferred.
