Job Description:

Shift Leadership & Staff Management:

• Team Supervision: Assign daily duties to waiters, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring high performance and maintaining team morale during late hours.
• Training & Mentorship: Guide new hires on evening service protocols and assist the restaurant manager with ongoing staff evaluations.
• Shift Handover: Communicate effectively with the day shift, review reservation logs, and prepare thorough shift-end reports for management.

Guest Services:

• Customer Satisfaction: Actively interact with diners to ensure a positive experience, addressing complaints or special requests quickly and professionally.
• VIP Handling: Ensure high-profile guests or large evening parties receive 5-star service that aligns with the establishment's standards.

Requirements:
