Job Description:

We are seeking a technically agile and product-minded Mobile Developer to join our engineering team in Abuja. In the high-velocity digital economy, success is defined by "Interface Fluidity", the ability to build high-performance mobile applications that remain responsive across both iOS and Android ecosystems. This role is designed for a "Mobile Architect", a developer with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Algorithmic Grit" with the collaborative skills required to synchronize with product, design, and backend teams.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Latency User Experiences and Code Excellence." You will be the primary steward of our mobile interface: responsible for designing efficient, reusable codebases and shipping features that scale. If you possess "Debugging Mastery," a deep understanding of Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin, and a drive for clean, well-documented architecture, we want you to drive our mobile excellence.

Requirements:

1. Multi-Platform Engineering & Feature Delivery

• Cross-Stack Development: Build, deploy, and maintain robust mobile applications for iOS and Android using native (Swift/Kotlin) or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter/React Native).

• Feature Orchestration: Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, high-fidelity mobile features.

• API Integration: Work closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data synchronization between the app and the server.

2. Performance Optimization & Quality Assurance

• Latency Management: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure applications are responsive, even under low-bandwidth conditions typical of some regional markets.

• Bug Lifecycle Management: Proactively identify, track, and squash bugs, ensuring a stable and crash-free experience for the end-user.

• Responsive Architecture: Ensure that all mobile layouts are responsive across a wide array of screen sizes and hardware specifications.

3. Code Governance & Documentation

• Clean Code Standards: Write scalable, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and internal style guides.

• Documentation Rigor: Maintain well-documented codebases and technical specifications to facilitate easy onboarding and long-term project maintenance.

• Continuous Integration: Participate in code reviews and utilize Git-based workflows to ensure high-quality code merges into the production environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in mobile application development (iOS, Android, or Cross-Platform).

• Language Mastery: Proficiency in at least one core language: Swift (iOS), Kotlin/Java (Android), or Dart (Flutter).

• Framework Depth: Solid understanding of mobile design patterns and the ability to work with modern IDEs and version control (Git).
