Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, fostering online communities, and driving customer engagement across all social media channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on content production to deliver measurable growth and revenue impact.
Requirements:
Growth & Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies that drive corporate contracts and revenue. Focus on scalability, lead generation, and boosting occupancy/banquet revenue for our hospitality divisions.
Platform-Specific Strategy: Manage and optimize presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Content Production: Concept, film, and edit high-quality short-form video (Reels, TikToks). Create compelling graphic assets and write engaging, SEO-optimized captions.
Operational Leadership: Oversee group-wide CRM implementation, establish sales targets, and collaborate with Finance to develop competitive, data-backed pricing models.
Community & Engagement: Actively manage social channels, spark meaningful conversations, and provide rapid, professional responses to customer inquiries.
Data-Driven Optimization: Track weekly performance metrics, including reach, engagement rates, and follower growth to refine strategies and ensure ROI.
Social Listening & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry news, viral trends, and competitor activities to ensure content remains relevant and timely.
Influencer Relations: Identify, pitch, and manage partnerships with content creators and industry influencers to expand brand reach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience managing social media accounts and building organic digital communities.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative visual content, proficient short-form video editing, and exceptional copywriting.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Strategic Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, hashtag strategy, and platform-specific best practices to maximize organic reach and distribution.
