Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy Marketing & Sales Strategist who functions as a Business Development Manager with a dominant field presence. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role designed for a professional who thrives on face-to-face engagement rather than sitting behind a desk.
You will be the face of our travel brand, taking our products directly to corporate offices, organizations, and major events. The goal is simple: build awareness, pitch high-value travel solutions to decision-makers, and turn conversations into high-ticket conversions.
Requirements:
Field Prospecting & Lead Generation
Direct Outreach: Identify and visit organizations, corporate hubs, and strategic locations to generate fresh business leads.
Corporate Pitching: Conduct professional presentations and pitches to C-suite executives and HR managers to secure corporate travel accounts.
Event Engagement: Represent the brand at industry events and gatherings to build a robust network and pipeline of potential clients.
Sales Execution & Strategy
Conversion Focus: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from the initial "cold" visit to closing the deal and onboarding the client.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local trends and competitor activity in the Gbagada/Lagos axis to refine your "hunting" strategy.
Target Management: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through aggressive field marketing and relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
2+ years in marketing, field sales, or business development.
Direct experience in the Travel and Tourism industry is a significant advantage.
Core Competencies:
Communication: Elite negotiation and presentation skills; you must be fearless when pitching to large groups or executives.
Mindset: A true "hunter" instinct—self-starting, resilient, and highly motivated by targets.
Presence: A professional and confident demeanor suitable for representing a premium travel brand.
