Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, results-oriented, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s growth in Lagos. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing engine, responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of campaigns that build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. If you are an expert at balancing organic storytelling with high-performing paid strategies, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Own the marketing lifecycle from initial ideation and budget allocation to full-scale deployment and performance tracking.

• Multi-Channel Acquisition: Lead a diverse range of marketing efforts, including PPC campaigns, social media management, lead generation, event coordination, and publicity.

• Content Leadership: Produce, curate, and oversee high-impact content for our website, blog, and promotional materials that effectively engages and converts our target audience.

• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain high-value relationships with industry leaders, creative agencies, and key vendors to amplify our brand presence.

• Budget & Performance Management: Manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets with financial rigor; analyze performance data to optimize ROI across all channels.

• Brand Quality Control: Oversee the production of all marketing assets—from digital banners and brochures to case studies—ensuring alignment with brand voice and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven professional experience in marketing management, with a track record of executing successful multi-channel campaigns.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of organic and paid acquisition channels, content marketing, and performance analytics.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to build long-term marketing roadmaps while maintaining the agility to pivot based on data insights.

• Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging, conversion-focused content.

• Leadership: Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional project teams.

• Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
