Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to elevate our brand visibility and fuel our sales pipeline within a technical B2B environment. In this role, you will be the bridge between our complex technical solutions and the market, translating high-level engineering and service concepts into compelling narratives that generate qualified leads. You will manage the full marketing mix from digital lead generation and SEO to high-stakes event coordination and sales support.

The ideal candidate is a proactive "self-starter" who balances an analytical mindset with strong copywriting skills, ensuring every campaign is both creatively engaging and data-optimized.

Requirements:

Brand Messaging & Content Creation

• Content Development: Create high-quality marketing materials, including technical case studies, brochures, and persuasive online content that resonates with B2B decision-makers.

• Brand Custodianship: Maintain and evolve consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline channels.

• Copywriting: Produce clear, engaging copy for email campaigns, social media, and web platforms.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Campaign Execution: Launch and manage targeted digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Email to drive high-quality lead generation.

• Web & SEO: Manage website content via CMS, optimizing for SEO and enhancing lead capture performance to improve conversion rates.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign ROI and key performance metrics to guide future marketing spend.

Sales Support & Market Intelligence

• Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide professional proposals and tailored marketing collateral.

• Market Research: Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

• Engagement: Coordinate webinars, industry events, and client engagement activities to foster long-term professional relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Seniority: 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, with a strong preference for those coming from a B2B or technical background.

Technical Skills

• Digital Toolkit: Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite).

• Analytical Ability: A strong mindset for interpreting data, tracking performance, and making data-backed recommendations.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write for a professional, technical audience.
