You will own the lead generation engine—from executing high-impact digital campaigns to managing our web presence and coordinating industry events.

The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer who balances a creative eye for content with an analytical mindset focused on ROI and data-driven growth.

Requirements:

Brand Strategy & Content Creation

  • Messaging Consistency: Develop and maintain a unified brand voice across all digital and offline channels to ensure market authority.

  • Collateral Development: Create high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, brochures, and technical blog posts, that resonate with B2B decision-makers.

  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with tailored proposals, pitch decks, and specialized marketing collateral.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Campaign Execution: Launch and manage targeted lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Email marketing platforms.

  • Digital Management: Oversee website content, optimize for SEO, and continuously improve lead capture performance and user journeys.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and ROI, using data to refine strategies and maximize budget efficiency.

Engagement & Market Intelligence

  • Event Coordination: Manage the end-to-end execution of webinars, client engagement activities, and industry events (virtual or in-person).

  • Research: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic positioning opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work independently as a self-starter while maintaining seamless communication with technical and sales teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Seniority: 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from a B2B or technical background.

Technical Toolkit

  • CRM & Automation: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and Content Management Systems (CMS).

  • Design & Analysis: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
