Job Description:

Are you a beauty enthusiast with a strategic mindset? We are looking for hands-on Marketing Associates to become the face of our brand within your assigned territory. This is not a "desk-bound" marketing role you will be on the ground, ensuring our products are beautifully presented, our promotions are firing on all cylinders, and our customers are having an exceptional experience. You will bridge the gap between our physical stores and our digital channels, acting as both a brand ambassador and a market researcher.

Requirements:

• Territory Ownership: Act as the primary brand representative for your cluster of stores. Build strong relationships with branch teams and identify growth opportunities or operational gaps before they become issues.

• Activation & Promotion: Plan and execute in-store campaigns, sampling events, and product demos. You are responsible for ensuring that all collateral from shelf talkers to banners is perfectly displayed.

• Merchandising Excellence: Ensure our products look "irresistible." You will manage shelf presentation, oversee prime placement for new launches, and proactively address "slow movers" with strategic pushes.

• Community Engagement: Take the brand into the community by networking with local salons, beauty schools, and independent makeup artists. Identify and secure local partnerships that drive foot traffic.

• Content Co-Creation: Work closely with our creative teams to capture store-level content. We want your ideas! If you spot a great story or a trend in your store, you will help coordinate shoots and bring innovative campaign ideas to the table.

• Digital Integration: Support our social media, email, and WhatsApp marketing efforts, ensuring that our online messaging is perfectly synced with the reality on the store shelves.

• Market Intelligence: Serve as our "eyes and ears." Track sales trends, monitor competitor pricing, and gather direct customer feedback to inform our future planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualifications: Degree in a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, retail, field marketing, or brand activation.

• The "Beauty" Mindset: A genuine passion for makeup and beauty trends is essential. You have a "good eye" for what makes a product look appealing and what makes a display sell.

• The "On-the-Move" Personality: You are energetic, organized, and thrive in an environment where you are moving between locations and interacting with customers directly.

• Proactive & Creative: You are not an "order-taker"—you are a contributor. You are confident in sharing fresh ideas and taking full ownership of your territory’s results.

• Tech-Savvy: You have a working knowledge of social media and basic digital marketing tools.
