Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and highly creative Marketing and Communications Officer to lead our brand visibility and engagement efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of marketing strategies that promote our services and strengthen our market position. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller with a data-driven mindset, capable of managing complex campaigns while ensuring our brand voice remains consistent across all digital and traditional platforms.
Requirements:
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans that directly align with our core business objectives.
Content Production: Produce high-impact, compelling content for websites, social media, email marketing, video, and print collateral.
Campaign Management: End-to-end planning and optimization of marketing campaigns, including paid search and social media advertising (PPC).
Social Media & Brand Voice: Manage all corporate social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and strict adherence to brand standards.
Performance Analytics: Utilize data to track key performance metrics, measuring campaign effectiveness and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts support company-wide goals.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of audience preferences and competitor movements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of cognate experience as a Marketing and Communications Officer is strictly mandatory.
Industry Advantage: Prior experience working within an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or the telecommunications sector is a significant advantage.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities with a meticulous eye for proofreading and detail.
Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate creative concepts into strategic plans that drive engagement and conversions.
