Job Description:
- The Marketing and Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, services, and brand.
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual presentation across marketing materials.
Content & Communications:
- Lead the creation of marketing content, including articles, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Manage internal and external communications to ensure clear and effective messaging.
- Oversee storytelling initiatives that highlight the company’s impact, products, and values.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and analytics.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and external partners when needed.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track marketing KPIs such as brand reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in marketing strategy and brand communication
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of content marketing, social media strategy, and public relations.
Salary
