Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and aggressive Marketers to anchor the growth engine of our real estate portfolio. In the specialized landscape of property sales, where market dominance is won through the speed of trust and the persistence of the follow-up success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize digital and field efforts with the clinical precision required for Lead Generation, Site Inspections, and Deal Closing. This role is designed for a "Conversion Architect" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (direct marketing and referrals) with the "Strategic Agility" required to utilize social media and WhatsApp for high-impact property awareness.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Prospecting Governance

  • Lead Sovereignty: Generate high-quality leads through digital, field, and referral channels with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Sales Pipeline."

  • Awareness Architecture: Promote properties via social media and direct marketing, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand visibility and prospect interest.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Provide honest feedback on market responses and client objections, ensuring the "Source of Market Intelligence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Inspection Logic

  • Inspection Sovereignty: Engage prospects and push for site inspections, acting as the primary "Source of Physical Property Conversion."

  • Follow-up Architecture: Maintain consistent communication to convert leads into actual buyers, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term revenue growth.

  • Collaboration Stewardship: Work with the client relations team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to payment, maintaining the "Source of Customer Satisfaction."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Target Sovereignty: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with relentless focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Momentum."

  • KPI Architecture: Track and report on lead generation, inspection bookings, and conversion rates, providing the "Relational Foundation" for performance-based salary reviews.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–3 years of marketing expertise and Digital/Tele-marketing tools to resolve prospect hesitations in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Sales Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years in Sales or Marketing (Experience in Real Estate is a significant advantage).

  • Domain Power: Strong ability to prospect, follow up, and close deals in a competitive environment.

  • Technical Mastery: Good knowledge of Tele-marketing and Digital Marketing tools (Social Media/WhatsApp).

  • Attributes: Goal-oriented, highly proactive, and willing to execute both online and field marketing.
