Job Description:

Sales:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, hospitality, and food service sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.

Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials, digital content, and product packaging strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Administrative & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
• Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as required.
