Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Marketer to anchor our business expansion in Alakija, Lagos. In a competitive B2B and technical sales landscape, success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive prospecting with the clinical precision required for account management, CRM optimization, and team leadership. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Field Grit" (leading outside sales and B2B transactions) with the "Technical Agility" required to analyze market trends and engineer tailored client solutions.

Requirements:

1. Revenue Orchestration & Sales Governance

  • Cycle Sovereignty: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle—from high-velocity prospecting and lead generation to clinical negotiation and closing—ensuring every deal is a "Source of Value."

  • Strategy Architecture: Develop comprehensive marketing and sales initiatives to identify untapped business opportunities and expand existing high-value accounts.
