Job Description:
- This role leads strategy-focused workstreams and small-to-medium client engagements across digital, technology, AI, CX, and product strategy, translating complex problems into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- It also involves driving digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff while supporting business development and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams and small-to-medium engagements across corporate strategy, digital strategy, technology strategy, AI, CX strategy, and product strategy.
- Structure client problems, build hypotheses, direct analyses, and translate findings into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Support clients in shaping digital transformation roadmaps, AI opportunity areas, technology-enabled operating models, and customer / product growth strategies.
- Drive work on customer journey redesign, proposition development, digital product strategy, and service experience improvement.
- Work closely with strategists, designers, data scientists, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions from strategy through execution.
- Manage and coach junior team members; contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and capability building.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
- First Degree as well MBA/ MSc., and PhD in relevant courses is a plus
- 6–9 years’ experience in strategy, digital, technology, AI, product, or customer transformation; strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
- Digital / AI skills: understanding of AI, analytics, digital platforms, agile delivery, product lifecycle, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working with External or Internal clients in the Financial Services sector, Telecoms and FMCG on corporate and business strategy, digital strategy and transformation and customer strategy (CX and UX).
- Shaping, planning, and executing complex strategic workstreams as part of client projects, with support from Senior Managers, Directors, or Partners.
- Undertaking analysis, translating the analysis into useful findings and quality assuring the results in conjunction with project leadership.
- Leading data gathering required to solve complex problems in a short timeframe
- Developing hypotheses and insights to unlock challenging client problems.
- Identifying and addressing client needs, rapidly building credibility, and maintaining and utilizing networks of client relationships
