Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and well-organized Male Office Assistant to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. In this full-time role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring that the workspace remains organized and that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling a variety of general office duties.
Requirements:
Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, including filing, documentation, and systematic record keeping.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Coordination: Attend to visitors, manage basic office coordination, and provide essential support to staff as required.
General Support: Run office errands promptly and assist with other logistics to ensure smooth business workflow.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualification: Minimum of an SSCE.
Professionalism: Must be highly organized, diligent, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: The ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
