Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, high-performing Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our leadership team on Lagos Island. This is not a standard administrative role; we are looking for a growth-oriented professional with a strong background in sales, client relations, and business development. You will act as a key representative of the executive office, managing high-level relationships, driving business initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency. Requirements:

  • Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and handle travel arrangements and itineraries with precision.

  • Business Development: Leverage your background in sales and client relations to assist in lead generation, client follow-ups, and the nurturing of key business relationships.

  • Strategic Coordination: Act as a bridge between the executive office and other departments, ensuring that directives are communicated clearly and executed on time.

  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners and stakeholders, drafting professional correspondence and preparing executive presentations.

  • Operational Oversight: Assist in monitoring business performance metrics, preparing reports, and conducting market research to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Special Projects: Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, ranging from event planning to strategic business analysis, requiring independent research and execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Total Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.

    • Specific Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience specifically in sales, client relations, or business development.
