Job Description:
- Develop, maintain, and improve continuously preventive maintenance program to maximise equipment reliability.
- Schedule all planned maintenance and remedial work orders after assessing resource requirements such as labour, skills, and spare parts.
- Plan parts, materials, and labour for short- and long-term preventative maintenance to maximize technician wrench time, improve efficiency, increase system reliability and performance.
- Configure and drive CMMS/EAM usage with the OEM recommended maintenance as a minimum
- Coordinate planning and scheduling meetings and ensure effective communication between maintenance and operations.
Requirements:
- Have strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and equipment management systems.
- Be proficient in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Be able to prepare maintenance forecasts, track work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration with maintenance, production, and procurement teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- B. Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ cognate experience with at least 3 years in active maintenance planning.
