Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Operations Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will help our operations run smoothly by coordinating daily activities, tracking inventory, and providing administrative support to the team.

We have openings in Abuja (FCT) and Lagos.

Requirements:

• Operational Support: Help coordinate daily tasks and ensure everything is completed on time.

• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage documentation for the team.

• Logistics & Inventory: Assist with tracking inventory and managing resources effectively.

• Team Liaison: Work with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication.

• Staff Oversight: Assist in monitoring staff performance and making sure everyone follows company safety and work policies.

• Inquiries: Handle basic questions from clients or vendors and pass them on to the right people when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: An HND or B.Sc in any related field.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role.

• Computer Skills: You must be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Organization: You are great at multitasking and can work well with little supervision.

• Communication: You have strong communication skills and are good at working with others.

• Location: You must be currently living in Abuja or Lagos, or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
