Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and organizationally elite Logistics Officer to anchor the operational engine of our Lagos-based services. In the specialized landscape of high-security and rapid-response logistics, success is defined by "Supply Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex movements with the clinical precision required for Fleet Allocation, Inventory Control, and Vendor Procurement. This role is designed for a "Fidelity Architect" with 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (managing vehicle maintenance and equipment deployment) with the "Analytical Agility" required to ensure proper documentation and rapid response during emergency operations.

Requirements:

1. Deployment Orchestration & Asset Governance

  • Movement Sovereignty: Coordinate the deployment of staff, equipment, and materials with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Readiness."

  • Inventory Architecture: Manage the inventory of uniforms, security tools, and communication devices, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a fully equipped workforce.

  • Documentation Stewardship: Maintain rigorous tracking and proper documentation of all logistics activities, ensuring the "Source of Audit Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Fleet Logic

  • Fleet Sovereignty: Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle allocation and preventative maintenance, acting as the primary "Source of Transport Reliability."

  • Response Architecture: Support emergency operations with prompt and decisive logistics responses, providing the "Crisis Foundation" for organizational resilience.

  • Maintenance Stewardship: Liaise with vendors for the procurement and timely supply of materials, maintaining the "Source of Equipment Longevity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Vendor Sovereignty: Manage procurement cycles and supplier relationships, acting as the primary "Source of Supply-Chain Stability."

  • System Architecture: Utilize organizational skills to optimize the movement of personnel and supplies, providing the "Visual Foundation" for efficient service delivery.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in security) to troubleshoot logistics hurdles in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant logistics experience (Security firm experience is a strong advantage).

  • Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Attributes: High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
