Job Description:

We are seeking a distribution-elite, precision-obsessed, and operationally rigorous Logistics Governor to anchor the fulfillment immune system and supply-chain engine of our organization. In the high-velocity world of FMCG where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of stock-turnover and the precision of the delivery-window filter success is defined by "Logistics Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex multi-point distribution with the clinical precision required for Inventory-Flow Architecture, Vendor-Relationship Governance, and Supply-Chain Fidelity. This role is designed as a "Distribution Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious logistics professional who can blend "Operations Grit" (mastering the complexities of routing and inventory accuracy) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Order-Fulfillment Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Distribution Sovereignty & Flow Architecture

  • Sovereignty of Movement: Coordinate daily distribution operations, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Fulfillment Throughput."

  • Flow Architecture: Plan and manage transportation from warehouse to distributors, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless product delivery.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Monitor inventory levels and ensure 100% accuracy in stock records, ensuring the "Source of Inventory-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Vendor Logic

  • Relationship Sovereignty: Manage relationships with transport vendors and service providers, acting as the primary "Source of Fulfilment-Continuity Momentum."

  • Strategy Architecture: Optimize routes and delivery schedules to enhance operational efficiency, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost-effective logistics.

  • Compliance Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the "Source of Risk-Mitigation."

3. Operational Fidelity & Reporting Power

  • Diagnostic Sovereignty: Analyze logistics data (KPIs, costs, bottlenecks), acting as the primary "Source of Operational-Insight."

  • Execution Architecture: Collaborate with sales/production teams to smooth order fulfillment, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cross-departmental success.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Analytical-Expertise to accelerate the "Warehouse-to-Doorstep" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Distribution Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain, with deep exposure to FMCG environments.

  • Technical Power: Mastery of logistics/inventory software (ERP/WMS) and Advanced MS Excel; deep understanding of distribution/transportation nuances.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and coordination capabilities; ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven distribution environment.

  • Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Logistics Sovereignty" in the Lagos FMCG landscape.

Core Competencies

  • Operational Grit: Ability to identify, isolate, and pivot routing or fulfillment strategies when supply-chain disruptions occur.
