Glowfield International School is seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate our school's entire logistics and transportation infrastructure. You will be the linchpin of our daily operations, ensuring that the movement of students, procurement of educational resources, and maintenance of our fleet are executed with safety, efficiency, and precision. Requirements:

• Transportation Coordination: Manage school bus fleets and transport operations, ensuring safe, punctual, and reliable routes for students.

• Supply Chain Oversight: Coordinate the procurement and distribution of school supplies, catering, and operational resources.

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement systems to optimize logistics workflows, from fleet maintenance scheduling to resource management.

• Team Leadership: Supervise transport and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of punctuality, safety, and professional conduct.

• Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external logistics partners, fuel suppliers, and maintenance contractors.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all school transportation meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: First Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of logistics experience. Experience within an educational or school environment is highly preferred.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable expertise in managing complex logistics and school transportation networks.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents, staff, and external partners.

  • Sharp problem-solving abilities, particularly in handling operational bottlenecks under pressure.

• Multi-tasking: Ability to juggle multiple administrative and field-based tasks efficiently.
