Job Description:

We are seeking a strategically elite and operationally rigorous Logistics Manager to anchor the fleet immune system and vendor-management engine of GKT Consults Limited. In a high-velocity logistical landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the delivery-relay and the precision of the maintenance-filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex driver-workforce dynamics with the clinical precision required for Third-Party Vendor Accountability, Asset-Lifecycle Management, and Service-Level Architecture. This role is designed as an "Operational Command Center" a critical residency for a seasoned professional who can blend "Logistics Grit" (mastering the complexities of fleet utilization and maintenance cycles) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Supply-Chain Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Fleet Governance & Operational Sovereignty

• Sovereignty of the Fleet: Oversee daily fleet operations, optimizing vehicle utilization and ensuring absolute schedule adherence, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."

• Maintenance Architecture: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for equipment uptime and reliability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain 100% adherence to safety and security protocols, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Vendor Architecture & Relationship Logic

• Sovereignty of Service: Manage relationships with external maintenance vendors and 3PL providers, acting as the primary "Source of Value and Reliability."

• Contractual Architecture: Negotiate service agreements and hold vendors strictly accountable to SLAs and quality standards, providing the "Functional Foundation" for external partnerships.

• Integrity Stewardship: Proactively identify and resolve operational discrepancies within the supply chain, maintaining the "Source of Operational Continuity."

3. Human Capital & Driver Discipline

• Discipline Sovereignty: Supervise the driver workforce, enforcing rigid standards of appearance, conduct, and professionalism, acting as the primary "Source of Workforce Momentum."

• Process Architecture: Utilize Performance-Management Toolkits to track driver metrics, providing the "Relational Foundation" for high-performance accountability.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Leadership-Excellence expertise to accelerate the "Task-Assignment-to-Delivery" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in logistics, transport, or fleet management.

• Technical Power: Deep experience managing driver workforces, internal teams, and third-party logistics (3PL) vendors.

• Aptitude: Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills; high level of discipline and accountability.

• Mindset: "Firm but fair" leadership style; proactive, solution-driven, and capable of maintaining "Logistics Sovereignty" under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.

• Availability: Prepared to be available as required to ensure 100% operational efficiency.
