Job Description:

• Oversee daily logistics operations and supervise staff.
• Plan, manage, and optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Track and monitor trucks using GPS and maps.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fleet performance, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports using Excel and other tools.
• Resolve transport and delivery issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in logistics management or related role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, fleet, and route planning.
• Proficiency in GPS navigation, map reading, and logistics tracking tools.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (professional certifications are an added advantage).
