Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and operationally elite Logistics Assistant to anchor the distribution engine of our supply chain. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian commerce and Lagos-based freight, success is defined by "Distribution Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex warehouse-to-customer movements with the clinical precision required for Route Planning, Shipment Tracking, and Vendor Reconciliation. This role is designed for a "Fulfillment Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (coordinating drivers and resolving transit issues) with the "Analytical Agility" required to optimize routes and minimize operational costs.

Requirements:

1. Transport Orchestration & Vendor Governance

• Movement Sovereignty: Coordinate the transportation of goods from warehouses to diverse customer hubs with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Delivery Reliability."

• Vendor Architecture: Support the National Logistics Manager in vetting and adding effective transporters, providing the "Structural Foundation" for an elite vendor pool.

• Integrity Stewardship: Implement and enforce logistics processes and standards among drivers, ensuring the "Source of Operational Excellence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

• Route Sovereignty: Plan schedules and optimize transportation paths, acting as the primary "Source of Cost Efficiency."

• Tracking Architecture: Monitor shipments using specialized logistics software, providing the "Functional Foundation" for real-time visibility and proactive issue resolution.

• Compliance Stewardship: Manage shipment documentation and regulatory requirements, maintaining the "Source of Statutory Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Communication Sovereignty: Liaise between transporters, sales teams, and customers, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Synergy."

• Fiscal Architecture: Execute transporter payment reconciliations with absolute accuracy, providing the "Administrative Foundation" for financial trust within the supply chain.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of sector expertise to resolve transit delays or documentation hurdles in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Distribution Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in logistics or supply chain operations.

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Logistics Management Systems (LMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of transportation regulations, Lagos routes, and trade practices.
