Job Description:

• This role is focused on the development, management, and growth of liability products (savings, current, and investment accounts) to meet the bank’s deposit targets.
• You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, developing market-aligned products, and achieving liability growth across retail and SME segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage liability products that align with customer needs and market demands
• Drive deposit mobilization in line with business targets
• Monitor product performance, customer uptake, and revenue contribution
• Work with branches and sales teams to improve product penetration and customer experience
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development
• Design and execute product campaigns and promotions
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Finance, IT) to ensure product success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in product management, retail banking, or deposit mobilization
• Strong knowledge of liability products and banking operations
• Target-driven with a proven track record of hitting performance goals
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with market segmentation and customer profiling.
