We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Manage the firm’s financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare accurate financial reports, and provide data to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and statutory remittances (PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pension, etc.).
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (ICAN / ACCA / ANAN) – completed or in progress.
3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience (law firm experience advantageous).
Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and statutory compliance.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Minimum CGPA: 2.1.
High integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
