Requirements:
1. Administrative Orchestration & HR Governance
Workforce Sovereignty: Recruit, assign, and supervise cleaning operatives with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Deployment."
Documentation Architecture: Manage HR-related processes including training systems, payroll oversight, and disciplinary documentation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for team stability.
Fiscal Stewardship: Manage vendor relationships to secure high-quality supplies at affordable pricing, ensuring the "Source of Resource Efficiency" is elite.
2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic
Inspection Sovereignty: Schedule impromptu visits and carry out quality control checks across all sites, acting as the primary "Source of Standard Enforcement."
Operational Architecture: Review Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and draw out staff rosters, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for prompt execution.
Machinery Stewardship: Oversee all logistics and ensure machinery/tools are properly maintained, maintaining the "Source of Technical Readiness."
3. Client Integrity & Revenue Power
Relationship Sovereignty: Manage customer expectations and feedback mechanisms with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Client Retention."
