Job Description:
We are seeking a highly strategic and process-oriented IT Project Manager to serve as the bridge between our business objectives and technical execution. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our technology initiatives from the initial planning and scope definition to final implementation. Whether managing complex software rollouts or critical infrastructure upgrades, you will be the driver ensuring we deliver quality technical solutions on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in direct collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
Budget & Resource Stewardship: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage IT budgets, and optimize the allocation of both internal teams and external vendors.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, develop robust mitigation plans, and resolve cross-functional issues before they impact the project timeline.
Leadership & Coordination: Motivate and direct project teams and engineers. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring everyone is aligned with the project's technical requirements and business goals.
Stakeholder Transparency: Provide regular, data-driven status updates to executive leadership, ensuring full visibility into project progress, roadblocks, and milestones.
Quality & Architecture: Ensure that all technical solutions strictly adhere to established architectural standards and system acceptance criteria.
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Fluency: Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Decision-Making: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate high-pressure project environments.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams, senior leadership, and third-party vendors.
Methodological Discipline: Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP, or PRINCE2).
