Job Description:

Black Pelican Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented IT and Digital Solutions Intern to join our Gaduwa office. This internship provides hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure, system support, and technology-driven business solutions. Requirements:

• IT Infrastructure Support: Assist in maintaining and monitoring office IT infrastructure, hardware, and software to ensure operational efficiency.

• Systems Administration: Support the IT team in troubleshooting routine technical issues, system maintenance, and user support.

• Digital Transformation: Contribute to the implementation of digital tools and technology-driven solutions that improve business processes.

• Data Management: Assist in organizing digital databases, IT documentation, and inventory management for technology assets.

• Project Collaboration: Work closely with the IT and Digital Solutions Team on high-impact technology projects, gaining exposure to cross-functional business operations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Status: Currently an active NYSC Corp Member (Abuja posting).

• Motivation: A strong interest in IT operations, digital solutions, and technology management.

• Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with common IT systems, networks, or software applications.

• Mindset: An organized, proactive, and curious individual willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
