Job Description:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose faults.
• Maintain and update operating systems and application software.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
• Ensure data backup, antivirus protection, and system security are in place.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and licenses.
• Support email systems, internet connectivity, and internal communication tools.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support or vendors when required.
• Provide basic user training and guidance on IT tools and systems.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience as an IT Support Officer or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with antivirus and backup systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
