Job Description:
We are seeking a structurally elite and intellectually rigorous IT Audit Specialist to anchor the digital immune system and corporate governance engine of our organization. In a complex operational landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the data-relay and the precision of the compliance-filter success is defined by "Governance Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex regulatory frameworks (ICFR/COBIT) with the clinical precision required for GITC Testing, SAP Automation, and Risk Matrix Development. This role is designed as a "Digital Governance Launchpad" a critical leadership position for a senior professional who can blend "Audit Grit" (mastering technical integrity checks) with the "Architectural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Financial Certifications.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Governance Architecture
Sovereignty of the Control Framework: Lead the implementation of effective controls across all business systems, acting as the primary "Source of Governance Integrity."
ICFR Architecture: Support the Team Lead in executing IT ICOFR testing, providing the "Structural Foundation" for director-level financial certification.
Integrity Stewardship: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure account certification, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Risk Orchestration & Technical Logic
Risk Sovereignty: Analyze risks associated with IT processes and develop/update the Risk & Control Matrix, acting as the primary "Source of Risk-Mitigation Strategy."
Systemic Architecture: Conduct rigorous testing of information technology infrastructure (GITC, SAP Automated Controls), providing the "Functional Foundation" for data protection.
Audit Stewardship: Implement advanced data analysis tools to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining the "Source of Audit-Process Truth."
3. Leadership & Performance Power
Mentorship Sovereignty: Provide leadership to IT Audit analysts, acting as the primary "Source of Team Development and Audit Program Execution."
Awareness Architecture: Support ICFR awareness across the organization, providing the "Relational Foundation" for total-departmental compliance.
Remediation Logic: Maintain an active dashboard for failed internal controls, driving swift remediation to ensure continuous audit readiness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: First degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master’s Degree is mandatory.
Professional Certification: Possession of at least one required: CISA, MCSE, CISSP, CFE, or CITP.
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of high-level IT Audit experience, ideally across Manufacturing, Energy, or Utilities sectors.
Technical Power: Mastery of COBIT, COSO, SAP Automated Controls, and GITC; profound understanding of networking systems and databases.
Aptitude: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate high-stakes certification environments with total integrity.
