Job Description:

We are seeking high-potential, intellectually elite Graduate Trainees to anchor the future engineering, product, and operational engine of iRecharge Tech-Innovations. In a high-velocity FinTech landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the payment-relay and the precision of the code-filter success is defined by "Ecosystem Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize structured training with the clinical precision required for System Development, Data Analysis, and Cross-Functional Problem Solving. This role is designed as a "FinTech Launchpad" an intensive residency for ambitious technologists who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering programming and systems) with the "Architectural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Digital Innovation.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Sovereignty of the Product: Participate in structured training across engineering, product, and operations, acting as the primary "Source of FinTech Knowledge."

• Architecture Integrity: Support the development, testing, and maintenance of digital products, providing the "Structural Foundation" for system uptime and security.

• Collaboration Stewardship: Integrate with cross-functional teams on real business/technical projects, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Momentum" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Data Architecture & Innovation Logic

• Analytical Sovereignty: Assist in data analysis, system improvements, and process optimization, acting as the primary "Source of Insight-Driven Strategy."

• Documentation Architecture: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for project visibility.

• Problem Stewardship: Contribute to innovation initiatives to refine user-facing digital tools, maintaining the "Source of Product Throughput."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Adaptability Sovereignty: Demonstrate continuous learning in a fast-paced environment, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Agility."

• Compliance/Security Architecture: Apply rigorous testing and maintenance standards, providing the "Relational Foundation" for secure payment processing.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Technical Toolkits (Python/Java/JavaScript) to accelerate the "Concept-to-Deployment" cycle, maximizing the "Source of FinTech Innovation."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BSc/HND in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Academic Sovereignty: Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.

• Experience: 0 – 2 years (NYSC completed or in view).

• Technical Power: Basic knowledge of programming (Python, Java, JavaScript) is a high-value asset.

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical skills, a high level of curiosity, and a demonstrated ability to learn complex digital systems quickly.
