Job Description:

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on, and results-oriented Inverter Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance Supervisor. This is a leadership-critical role for an individual who is as comfortable managing complex electrical configurations as they are leading a team in the field. You will be the technical authority for our solar projects, ensuring that every residential and small commercial installation is executed to the highest safety and performance standards. If you are a solar industry veteran with a deep understanding of off-grid and hybrid systems, we want you to drive our operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Technical Execution: Lead the end-to-end installation and commissioning of off-grid and hybrid inverter systems. Configure complex inverter parameters and ensure seamless communication between lithium battery systems and BMS.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous system testing, load verification, and performance checks. Diagnose and rectify inverter faults, wiring inconsistencies, and system instabilities.

• Field Leadership: Supervise and coordinate both in-house technical teams and contract engineers. Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, grounding protocols, and electrical safety standards.

• After-Sales Excellence: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer support. Resolve field-level issues and educate clients on best practices for system operation and long-term maintenance.

• Reporting & Optimization: Meticulously document all commissioning and maintenance activities. Use field insights to provide feedback that drives process improvement and increases overall system reliability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience specifically within a solar company.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in off-grid and hybrid inverter systems.

  • Hands-on experience with 48V/51.2V lithium battery systems/BMS.

  • Proven track record in managing both residential and commercial solar projects.
