Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock records
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing goods
- Track stock levels and identify shortages or excesses
- Conduct regular stock-taking and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize product wastage
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and other supermarket staff and perform other assigned duties by the management
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.Degree in Accounting, Business Administration,or a related field
- Previous experience in inventory/stock management is an advantage
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Honesty, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills.
