Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Internal Services Officer to anchor the operational engine of our Nigerian workforce. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the seamlessness of the workspace and the precision of the executive event success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize four integrated service domains with the clinical precision required for VIP Visit Management, Contractor Governance, and Helpdesk Resolution. This role is designed for an "Environmental Architect" with a Bachelor’s/HND and 5+ years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (interfacing with senior executives and external VIPs) with the "Strategic Agility" required to enforce HSE Compliance and manage multi-stream service contracts.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Event Governance

• VIP Sovereignty: Deliver flawless corporate events and high-level visits that reflect elite professional standards, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Representation."

• Request Architecture: Ensure all staff service requests are logged, prioritized, and resolved with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-performance staff experience.

• Integrity Stewardship: Handle sensitive meetings and VIP data with absolute discretion, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Contractor Logic

• Contractor Sovereignty: Manage service providers to ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and contractual SLAs, acting as the primary "Source of Vendor Accountability."

• Inspection Architecture: Conduct daily office and meeting room audits to ensure readiness, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted business operations.

• Renewal Stewardship: Provide critical input for annual contract assessments and scope adjustments, maintaining the "Source of Long-term Service Value."

3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power

• Reporting Sovereignty: Provide accurate, timely reporting on all service functions to support management decision-making, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Intelligence."

• HSE Architecture: Enforce safety standards among contractors and at event venues, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a secure working environment.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5+ years of corporate or Oil & Gas experience to resolve service stream conflicts in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or B.Sc. in Public/Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facilities/office administration or events management (Corporate or Oil & Gas environment).

• Technical Power: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, reporting tools, and Helpdesk Management Systems.

• Attributes: High level of personal integrity, customer-service orientation, and professional responsiveness.
