As part of on-going initiatives to strengthen its operations and enhance its capacity to achieve its goals, TEPNG CPFA is recruiting dynamic, exceptional, and results-oriented professionals to fill the position below:

Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief Internal Control/Internal Audit Officer, the successful candidate will oversee internal control processes for both the CPFA and the Fund. Key responsibilities include implementing the internal control framework to prevent and detect fraud, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in the Management Sciences or related disciplines.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
• A minimum of five (5) years cognate experience, including at least three (3) years in a control role.
• Good knowledge of the Pensions sector regulation, best practices, and general investment management/practices.
