Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to anchor the personnel engine of our operations. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian corporate management, success is defined by "Workplace Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize human capital with the clinical precision required for End-to-End Hiring, KPI Tracking, and Labor Law Compliance. This role is designed for a "Cultural Architect" with 5+ years of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing onboarding and workplace facilities) with the "Analytical Agility" required to oversee performance improvement plans and staff welfare programs.
Requirements:
1. Talent Orchestration & Lifecycle Governance
Acquisition Sovereignty: Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, onboarding, and induction with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Integration."
Policy Architecture: Support the development and enforcement of company policies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a disciplined and transparent work environment.
Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all HR practices align strictly with Nigerian labor laws, ensuring the "Source of Legal Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic
Appraisal Sovereignty: Conduct rigorous appraisal cycles and track employee KPIs, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Accountability."
Improvement Architecture: Oversee the implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs), providing the "Analytical Foundation" for workforce optimization.
Culture Stewardship: Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and staff welfare programs, maintaining the "Source of Employee Morale."
3. Operational Integrity & Development Power
Learning Sovereignty: Identify training needs and manage internal/external learning records, acting as the primary "Source of Skill Evolution."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources Management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification: Professional membership with CIPM is highly preferred.
