Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Human Resource Manager to anchor our talent engine. In a structured corporate environment, success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity recruitment and onboarding with the clinical precision required for performance management, labor law compliance, and organizational development. This role is designed for a "People Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Diplomatic Grit" (conflict resolution and disciplinary processes) with the "Analytical Agility" required to prepare HR reports and workforce planning recommendations for senior management.
Requirements:
1. Talent Orchestration & Lifecycle Governance
Recruitment Sovereignty: Direct the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring every new hire acts as a "Source of Value" and aligns with the company’s objectives.
Documentation Architecture: Maintain millimetric accuracy in personnel records and employee documentation, ensuring the "Source of Integrity" for all HR data.
Onboarding Logic: Engineer seamless integration programs for new staff to ensure "Zero-Friction" in their transition to operational productivity.
2. Performance Resilience & Policy Logic
Evaluation Sovereignty: Oversee high-fidelity performance management and staff evaluation processes, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for merit-based growth.
Compliance Architecture: Ensure unwavering adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices, acting as the primary "Source of Legal Protection" for the organization.
Development Stewardship: Coordinate training and professional development initiatives to ensure the "Source of Talent" within the company is continuously evolving.
3. Cultural Diplomacy & Team Governance
Relations Sovereignty: Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professional poise, acting as the "Source of Stability" for the work environment.
Communication Power: Manage internal HR communications and staff queries, ensuring a "Culture of Transparency" and consistent policy enforcement across the board.
Strategic Synergy: Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development, providing high-impact recommendations for "Intelligence-Driven" management decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of robust experience in HR management or a similar leadership role within a structured corporate environment.
Certification: Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is a significant strategic advantage.
