Job Description:
- Coordinate recruitment aactivities for technical and non-technical roles
- Prepare and post job advertisement accross appropriate channels
- Screen applications, schedule interviews and cconduct reference checks
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Maintain employee records and update the HR information system
- Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
- Implement company policies and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate employee welfare programmes and initiatives
- Conduct performance appraisals for promotions andsalary reviews
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies
- Maintain confidential employee records and documentation
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Salary
