Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HR Generalist to anchor the human capital engine of GWX Logistics Limited. In a specialized logistics landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the talent-relay and the precision of the compliance-filter success is defined by "Human Capital Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume recruitment with the clinical precision required for Payroll Accuracy, Employee Relations, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "People Architect" specifically a well-organized professional who can blend "Generalist Grit" (handling diverse HR functions) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Performance Management and Dispute Resolution.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Talent Governance
Sovereignty of the Talent Pool: Manage the full recruitment cycle for junior to mid-level roles, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Capacity."
Integration Architecture: Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires, providing the "Structural Foundation" for rapid productivity.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure compliance with all internal HR policies and labour laws, ensuring the "Source of Organizational Conduct" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Administrative Logic
Payroll Sovereignty: Assist with payroll preparation in collaboration with the Finance team, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Fidelity."
Record Architecture: Maintain accurate and secure employee records, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-led workforce decisions.
Engagement Stewardship: Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, supporting disciplinary and grievance processes to maintain the "Source of Cultural Stability."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Performance Sovereignty: Support performance management processes, acting as the primary "Source of Output Momentum."
Exit Architecture: Manage the end-to-end exit process, providing the "Relational Foundation" for institutional knowledge preservation and feedback.
Velocity Logic: Utilize HR Best Practices to accelerate the "Hiring-to-Engagement" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Human Capital Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple HR functions (Recruitment, ER, Admin).
Technical Power: Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Aptitude: High attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving employee-related challenges.
