Job Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resource Assistant based in Lagos. The role allows a mix of in-office and remote work.
- Responsibilities include assisting with HR tasks, providing excellent customer service, managing employee records, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures
- Experience with Training and development practices
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using office tools and basic HR software.
