Job Description:

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resource Assistant based in Lagos. The role allows a mix of in-office and remote work.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with HR tasks, providing excellent customer service, managing employee records, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures
  • Experience with Training and development practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using office tools and basic HR software.
