It commenced operations in June 2010 upon obtaining a Unit Microfinance Banking License from the Central Bank of Nigeria. It later obtained a State Microfinance Banking License in 2016. Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited’s financial inclusion effort focuses on promoting savings culture, access to credit facilities for income-generation purposes and reducing vulnerability to risk through micro insurance. 

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Bridge the Skill Gap: Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with department heads to design targeted learning interventions.

• Shape the Employee Journey: Oversee seamless onboarding experiences and support career pathing for new and existing team members.

• Manage Programs: Coordinate end-to-end training sessions, from workshops and seminars to compliance-focused capacity building.

• Drive Impact: Track the effectiveness of development programs, manage training budgets, and ensure our workforce remains competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage external consultants and internal training sessions effectively.
